Phil Tickle
Starting out in the industry as a Student Union Entertainments Manager, Phil then worked in theatre and on tour before becoming a freelance rigger.
Notable projects included surviving all four months of Full Metal Challenge on location and filming Alain Robert (Spiderman) in France.
When the O2 Arena opened in London, Phil was asked to be a Supervisor/HOD for the house rigging contractor and enjoys being part of the team raising rigging standards.
Phil was pleased to be chosen to be part of the National Rigging Certificate pilot program and was the first candidate to achieve Level 3 (supervisory).
Phil was shortlisted for the TPi Rigger of the Year 2011, 2012 & 2013.

Fiona Tickle
Having pursued a successful career for more than 10 years as a primary school teacher, including the role of Early Years Manager, Fiona is now the business manager of Above Ltd.
